These connectors simply fit over your JST balance plug (found on majority of lipos) and helps to prevent damage to the plug caused by continuous plugging and unplugging when charging it helpfully makes the plug itself larger so easier to grip.
The plug savers come in 2 cell, 3 cell, 4 cell, 5 cell and 6 cell format.
